Working as the main contractor for this developer, we produced a fully kitted out 6 unit scheme from scratch. Upon completion, the flats were all occupied within a week. We were proud to be able to meet this timeline for our client.

Camden, London – Mixed Use
The developer on this project has us work on a basement from a level site and the RC frame for a 6 storey building. Underpinning and waterproofing also made up part of these work.

Pittshanger Manor and Café, Ealing
4SP Group excavated and built the basement, lift shaft and internal structural works for the Museum. We then built the café from foundations to completing the whole envelope with a brick finish. These works were all done for the main contractor. Service: Basement Length of Project: 19 months
Greenwich, London – 61 Unit Student Scheme
Here we helped the main contractor on a very time constrained project with the clearance of the previous warehouse and installing foundations in an area where there is a high UXO risk.
The 4 storey concrete frame for this high end student scheme had the rooms and upper level corridors built from modular construction. 4Site took care of all the concrete elements as well as the external landscaping and utility runs. 4Site worked right through Covid to help the client achieve their deliverable.

Bushey, Hertfordshire – Mixed Unit Scheme
4SP Group carried out the piling on this project directly for a developer, along with the private utility runs and drainage. A very constrained site with challenging logistics, we worked hand in hand with the client on a busy main road.
